Yes. You answer simple questions, our AI does the writing and layout, and you edit by typing into clear boxes. If you would rather not, our team can build it for you.
How long does it take?
Your first draft is ready in about a minute. Most owners finish editing in under an hour. After you submit, our team reviews the site, usually within one working day.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Building and previewing your website is free. You only pay when you choose your plan and domain to go live.
What kinds of business is SiteStand for?
Any legitimate business or organisation: churches, schools, clinics, salons, professional firms, restaurants, NGOs and shops.
Domains
Do I really get my own domain?
Yes. Every plan includes a .com.ng or .com domain, registered in your name. It renews with your plan each year.
I already have a domain. Can I use it?
Yes. Open a support request after you sign up and we will help you connect it.
What if the name I want is taken?
We check before your site goes live. If it is taken, we contact you to agree another name before anything is registered.
Pricing and payment
How do I pay?
By card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack. Prices are in naira and include VAT.
What happens when my year ends?
We email you 30 days and 7 days before, and on the day. If you do not renew, your site stays online for a 14-day grace period, then goes offline. Your content is kept, and it comes back as soon as you renew.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from your dashboard at any time.
Do prices change?
Prices can change for new plans and renewals. Whatever you pay is fixed for the year you paid for.
AI and editing
What are AI credits?
Credits pay for AI work such as rewriting a section. Each plan includes a yearly allowance and you can top up anytime. Editing by hand is always free.
Will the AI make up things about my business?
No. Your business name, phone, email and address always come from you, never the AI, and you approve every word before your site goes live.
Trust and safety
Why do you verify my identity?
To keep scam sites off the platform. A quick NIN or BVN check protects your customers and the reputation of every business on SiteStand. We never store your ID number, only the result of the check.
What if I see a scam site?
Use the report link at the bottom of any SiteStand site, or our report page. We review reports and can take a site offline immediately.
Leaving
What happens if I want to leave?
Your domain is yours. You can request your content and the transfer code to move your domain to another provider at any time.
